This week the boys venture to Cloud City and visit with the man, the legend, the myth, Brock Larson at his MMA school, Start BJJ.  Brock tells a pile of crazy stories and even throws Kyle around a little.

This week, Matt and Kyle look back at 2019.  They revisit some of their favorite moments of the first year of Spitballing.

This week the boys visit The Local 218 and talk with their old friend, restaurateur and master chief PJ Severson.  Matt demonstrates his lack of wisdom in giving control of his wardrobe over to his Meta, they talk about Kyle's problem with the road rage, and explore the lessons of Dr. Suess.

This week, Matt and Kyle venture out of the studio and find themselves on location at the Roundhouse Brewery for a fundraiser for the We ARE Clinic.  They speak with one of the clinic's founders Sue Hadland and then after competing in a celebrity bar tender challenge, they talk with Holly Rose McKnight about the cool shit that's going on at Roundhouse, all the while enjoying the sweet music of Hans Blix and the Weapon's Inspectors.

 Mandalorian armor, jewelry thieves, human eating purse dogs and a funny man who hangs out with he likes of Joe Rogan and Dave Chepelle. This week the boys talk with Downtown Tony Brown, jeweler extraordinaire.  He tells a crazy story about a wedding ring purchase that almost ended in his disembowelment.  Then professional comedian, Adrian Washington makes a guest appearance and talks about his life a a stand up comic and his new podcast adventure.

This week Matt and Kyle sit down with the gentle giant Matt McCormick, AKA Ogre.  Matt works as a health care professional.  They touch on the subject of body image, teen bullying and rape culture.  Matt also discloses his love for dog porn and his secret, well maybe not so secret, hatred for the coming holiday season.  Kyle mostly just sits there and eats the tasty treats provided by Craig Venske of the Chameleon Cafe. 

This week the boys have a couple of interesting guests including the late great Harambe as well as the young Honest Abe. They also bullshit with Chris Dunmire, hunter, snow board enthusiast and local restaurateur. 

Since November is National Adoption Awareness Month, this week Matt and Kyle chat with their old friend Abby Geotz.  Abby has a truly wild adoption story that you wont want to miss.

This week the boys hang out with Danny Zwilling, a self described master of exactly zero trades.  That said, Danny does a lot of different things fairly well.  He is a brown belt in jiu-jitsu under Brock Larson and does a lot of teaching for Start BJJ.  Danny is also a health and wellness coach.  But most importantly, he spent a couple of years as a professional wrestler.
