Two week wait symptoms can be exciting but also torture. I watched so many TWW videos when I was in my two week wait, so I hope you find this helpful and interesting.
As soon as my partner and I started trying for a baby, I tracked everything, so I'll take you through my 1-14 DPO and how I knew I was pregnant.

Moving from the UK to Canada wasn't hard for me, and there are many reasons why. Don't get me wrong; making that decision took a lot of work, and my partner and I weighed it all up multiple times, but overall, it was the obvious choice.

I'm pregnant, and everything has already changed. Since finding out I'm having a baby, my perspective has shifted; things that were important before aren't now, and I have a new drive and purpose.

this is why I journal... well, the list is endless, really, but something hit me in the face when I journaled last.
I usually go back to my journals to see how I got through a previous struggle. A lot of times, what I'm going through now, isn't something new, and I know I've written about it before.
However, I looked to my journal for answers to something and discovered something completely different.

It's easy to get sucked into watching what everyone else is doing and taking advice from those who have done it. But what about what YOU want to do? What makes your soul sing?

Why are we trying to rush through everything, trying to consume at 2X the speed, and trying to keep up with everything?
We're all playing the game in one way or another, and we have to keep up and move quickly.
But not always.
Not with everything.

My grandmother-in-law moved from the UK to Canada in the 1950s and had to plan to speak to her parents weeks in advance. It's mindboggling in today's age. But if she could survive being so disconnected from the people who brought her into this world, we will survive if we unplug from the internet and the news.

I've come across a fair few podcast episodes talking about authenticity, being true to yourself, always acting according to the truth, and making sure you're not putting on a facade.
It's curious how I was drawn to watching these when something felt off for me.
I've been doing the Split Open podcast for a decent length of time, and I felt bored with it. But then I realised I wasn't bored; I wasn't being myself.
