The nuclear summit in Vietnam was cut short without President Trump and the leader of North Korea reaching an agreement. And in Washington, the president's former personal attorney Michael Cohen told Congress he now considers Mr. Trump a "racist," a "con man" and a "cheat" who - Cohen says - has committed crimes since he's been in the Oval Office.
