I recently read a Fox News article Tech is killing off America’s independent pizzerias, says industry report that talked a lot about how “Big Brands” are using tech to steal customers away from who otherwise would have called the local Ma and Pop pizzeria.
It talked about how the younger generation really want to use online ordering for it to be as easy as possible to order. These brands are doing a great job of that and sadly, the locals are not.
We talked about this on our mastermind group and I’m still amazed at how many independent pizzeria owners are not using things like:
It’s crazy!
If you’re going to make your business not only survive but thrive over the next 5-10 years, you need to start understanding how these platforms work and how to use them to engage with your audience.
