Local Health officials say the number of new cases of COVID-19 in Woodbury County continue to fall but there is concern about a rise in other spots of northwest Iowa. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is easing more restrictions put in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Reynolds says starting Friday at 8 a.m., businesses like restaurants, bars and theatres can operation at 100% capacity. A watery mess in downtown Sioux City after two water main breaks early Wednesday afternoon. One happened near 7 th and Water Streets the other on Pierce Street near the Orpheum Theatre. The CEO of the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra Travis Morgan witnessed a geyser in the middle of the street and quickly posted a video to social media.
