A watery mess in downtown Sioux City after two water main breaks early Wednesday afternoon. One happened near 7 th and Water Streets the other on Pierce Street near the Orpheum Theatre. The CEO of the Sioux City Symphony Orchestra Travis Morgan witnessed a geyser in the middle of the street and quickly posted a video to social media. 060920 432 Three Woodbury County J ail inmates have tested positive for the coronavirus over the weekend, according to the Sioux City Journal. The three inmates were asymptomatic and had been around other inmates prior to being tested. The three are now in isolation.
