In these chapters, I'm really sad because it turns out that we're having to say goodbye to the united crew as one by one, they each use up all their power coping with some major attacks from Subject One and then go back to the surface. I'm really curious why Ziel is the only one sent up to a totally different area than everything else, and I'm worried that our group is getting a little sabotaged here somehow.
Meanwhile, Lindon and Eithan are still underground, and they're having a heart to heart about what Eithan's plans and goals have been. And then Ozriel shows up, and they're separated.

This is such a great premise for an episode, I love this a LOT. The whole concept is that our vampire friends (well at least the undead ones, we don't know what Colin's deal is) died and left ghosts behind with unfinished business. Each of them has to figure out what that is, and fulfill it (or not, as the case may be) to send their spirit on to the great beyond.
Also, it appears we haven't actually said goodbye to Gregor forever! But now he's called Jesk.

In these final chapters, I find out that my theory on Aftermath keeping Lilly alive secretly is not what's going on, and I'm deeply disappointed that she's actually dead. Meanwhile, Jordan and Jason have a talk and basically decide that they're going to defect and create a squad of their own, since obviously McIntyre can't be trusted at all. But sadly, Jordan doesn't talk about ANY of this with Brian, and the rift between them just seems to be growing to the point that I'm worried he may attempt to become awakened while she's away.

So this episode is the one where Al gets kidnapped because he got a little cocky about being able to handle a real sketchy crowd that lures him into an alley. Turns out that the one that heads this little gang is Greed, and he's surprised to meet someone who is just a soul bound to armor, even though this is definitely not as unusual as we all thought it was. Greed fights Ed, and he's got some weird powers and Ed seems to have met his match, until his teacher shows up to save his ass.

Meanwhile, Scar is out here lifting weird weights and getting visits from his master, from bounty hunters, and from a State Alchemist. And he doesn't kill the state alchemist?!

These chapters are the ones in which we get a little further into the conflict with the Abidan, and I express some frustration with that whole plotline in the series and also some frustration with myself for having such trouble following what's going in within it. I would love to hear all your thoughts about that and how you all deal with it.
Meanwhile, our people are in the labyrinth and beginning to sort of fight against its wishes as it essentially throws in with Reigan Shen, which is not a situation we want. And to top it off, Dross has been affected somehow and now he's a tiny tyrant with a black crown and I'm VERY concerned.
