The scene filled with blood throughout the headquarters of the gutter,

A parade of rats cheered around the surface of a feast filled fright,

Not so much a mutter - more of a grumbled stomach,

Blood spikes froze up like snowflakes on a winter's night,

The darkened corridors laid lonely into the flights,

Staircases flowed down into an empty back stage of open windows,

A last calling to the scene Mr. Rogers’ sounded out into a fade,

Somebody else got called to fill the space and become the new scene setter,

To be stone cold and light as a feather.

To be a zombie or a nectarine biter?

It wasn’t an easy answer

What a great scenario.

The blood curdled brothers sure showed them how to bite before they can chew.

To become a blood sucking animal or a zombified corpse?

Indeed they are both satisfying blood for sport,

For different reasons, mainly acquired tastes for seasons,

Especially on Halloween for the scary reactions in unsuspecting audiences,

One bloodied tasting can lead to a whole full stomach of fleshy partings.

Zombies can team up in this kind of dealing,

They can target the brain juices and fleshy musings.
