On this episode of the Spooky Hourz Podcast I decide to have a solo discussion about obsessive compulsive disorder, how I overcame and beat the mental health issue, and the various ways it affected my life. Obviously any discussion of mental health can be hard to approach, so hopefully through telling my stories of my life others can find various tips and tricks on how to deal with OCD if they suffer from it. I discuss the habits, symptoms, and ticks it caused me to develop, as well as the anxiety caused from such intense intrusive thoughts. I feel it was bittersweet to deal with, simultaneously a super power and a curse.
