We have our first ever guest star- Remy Ortiz! Based in (and recording from!) LA, Remy is a Nightmare on Elm Street aficionado and graciously shares his expertise with us. We review Nightmare pt. 3, The Dream Warriors, and talk about growing up with Freddy Krueger and the Nightmare franchise. 

Time loops, montages, murder, what doesn't this movie have?  Oh right, a plot that makes sense. Matt and I review Happy Death Day 2 U, a sequel to Happy Death Day.

This is a HP Lovecraft story that has been adapted into a very trippy movie involving Nicolas Cage, aliens, and alpacas.  Matt and I struggle with our feelings about this one and we share our theories on the ending.  

It's movie popcorn- college girl keeps getting killed on her birthday and is stuck in a time loop.  I enjoy the ride, Matt a little less so.  

Matt made me watch an artsy movie about 2 dudes in a lighthouse in the 1800's.  It is technically a horror movie and is also very different than most horror movies.  Enjoy my bewilderment!  

A fun, light-hearted look at family dynamics and Satanism.  Yes, Satanism.  We can also promise that the film will make you feel better about your family!  

Watch Freddy Krueger battle Jason Vorhees in a movie that has way too much plot.  2003 is bringin' those bootcut jeans back!  

Two movies for the price of one!  We watch the 2nd movie in both of the Freddy and Jason series.  Useful for a unexpectedly long commute and/or interactions with people.   

The reason you have always been scared of sleep away camps! Watch where the legend of Jason began.  No hockey masks though.  

The legend of Freddy Krueger begins here. Matt and Ginny remain unimpressed but it is a classic.
