The AIS has just released ground breaking guidelines for our elite athletes who are starting families and then returning to high performance sport. Dr Rachel Harris is part of the AIS team who developed the guidelines and jumped into the studio with us to talk about the whole lifecycle - from support for period management in the junior years, through to the world leading support for mums to be and young families within our sports systems.

Robyn Smith is someone who's track record in the inclusion space is second to none - CEO of Sport Inclusion Australia for 34 years, Assistant Chef de Mission for Sydney 2000 Paralympics, Member of the International Paralympic Committee, Governing Board Member of Virtus Sports....the list of her work is extensive and enduring. She's as passionate about grassroots sports inclusion for people with an intellectual disability, as she is about Brisbane 2032 and the opportunity for all our Paralympians. On top of all of this, Robyn is also unashamedly direct about the role women need to play in all sporting spaces. We are HUGE fans of this incredible individual.
