Andy and Dan welcome special guest Rickey Foggie to the show to talk about the upcoming 2024 Minnesota Myth Arena Football season. He is the Head Coach of this new team. The Myth is owned by Diana Hutton and will play their home games at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN.

There are 16 teams in the league and each team plays 10 regular season games. The post-season concludes with the Championship game dubbed the "Arena Bowl" which will also be played at Target Center this summer.

Coach Foggie was was a former four-year starting QB for the U of M Golden Gophers (1984-87) and went on the play professional football in the CFL and the Arena League (1988-2004) including the '96 season with the Minnesota Fighting Pike.

Andy and Dan welcome special guests to the show tonight. T.J. Friederichs (Watertown-Mayer/Mayer Lutheran Royals Assistant Wrestling Coach) and his twin sons Joel and Titan. The boys are Sophomores on the Varsity squad that captured the Section 2AA Crown to advance to State and finished 6th in Class AA at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul on March 2. They appear for the show's first 23 minutes.

Both boys qualified for State individually, as well. Joel finished 2nd at State at 114 lbs and Titan won the Championship at 121 lbs. Titan finished the season with a perfect 54-0 record and Joel wrapped up the season with a 49-4 overall record.

T.J. Friederichs wrestled at Osseo and won a career 161 matches in his Varsity days.
