Think back to your high school math class when the teacher wrote a painstakingly long formula on the board. And you thought, “well that doesn’t make sense! It should be so much easier!”

That’s the way I feel in regards to overseas contacts and agent commissions!

I used to think the most valuable asset in the world is time. But not anymore. There is one key ingredient missing from that statement!

There are endless similarities between elite athletes and top business leaders. Both of those roles need to tap into the same characteristics and tools in order to reach success!

I try to reflect on my strategy very often. I take inventory of what has worked, what has not worked, what I’ve learned from it and how to overcome future obstacles.

Today I talk about some overarching challenges that I see in the sports agent world.
