Recent NFL news is talking about a firing of a coordinator in Dallas named Matt Eberflus. Cowboys reportedly fire Defensive Coordinator Matt Eberflus after one season is the article.

Steve Phelps is the commissioner of Nascar, however, he recently resigned. This could come up as part of today's program. NASCAR commissioner Steve Phelps resigning in wake of antitrust lawsuit is that article if you wish to read more about this.

Welcome to Sports Lounge, this is the episode for December 30, 2025.

On this episode, I'm sure they'll be talking about the playoffs in college, the NBA and its scheduling as well as possibly some hockey with its scheduling.

Last time we tried to give you headlines, I was not that successful, but I know how this works.

I think this week, they might talk about two stories, one of which has been going on for quite awhile.

The first, in no particular order, is dealing with the death of Tyler Skaggs. The article coming from KNX 1070 in Los Angeles is titled Family of Tyler Skaggs settles wrongful death lawsuit against Angels which was quite interesting.

The second, may be one that will definitely be talked about. Retired NASCAR driver Greg Biffle and family among 7 killed in North Carolina plane crash.

Something else I spotted in Yahoo's alerts that could be talked about talks about the Kansas City Chiefs moving away from Arrowhead Stadium in the future. We do not have an article at the moment.
