We continue the HEALTH-N-FITNESS series with a native of El Paso, Texas in Natassia Paloma-Thompson. She recently competed in an online contest for Ms. Health & Fitness, which was hosted by the Muscle and Fitness HERS Magazine, and placed third in all of the country! 

Natassia is a former news anchor for KTSM TV out of El Paso and recently was hired as a writer for the El Paso Times.  She is also a wife to a news anchor and a mother to two active children.  She believes that HEALTH-N-FITNESS are super important for so many reasons and explains in this episode of the Sports-N-More Podcast.  “My saving grace has always been fitness, no matter what season in life. It keeps me physically, mentally and emotionally healthy.”
