Coleman shares his story of what got him to the place he is at today and why he continues to make so many trips to Lordsburg, N.M. for ’The Jessie.’ 

Mr. Chance Coates, a native, coach and educator from Tularosa, also jumps in on the conversation and talks about his first experience on the Jessie Darnell 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament.

We continue the HEALTH-N-FITNESS series with a native of El Paso, Texas in Natassia Paloma-Thompson. She recently competed in an online contest for Ms. Health & Fitness, which was hosted by the Muscle and Fitness HERS Magazine, and placed third in all of the country! 

Natassia is a former news anchor for KTSM TV out of El Paso and recently was hired as a writer for the El Paso Times.  She is also a wife to a news anchor and a mother to two active children.  She believes that HEALTH-N-FITNESS are super important for so many reasons and explains in this episode of the Sports-N-More Podcast.  “My saving grace has always been fitness, no matter what season in life. It keeps me physically, mentally and emotionally healthy.”
