It's over. The Denver Broncos officially just won NFL Free Agency! They signed JK Dobbins. This is a BRILLIANT move. There is zero doubt that it makes Bo Nix better. While he's injury prone, he is not going to be counted on to be the bell cow back. Sean Payton's offenses ALWAYS have multiple backs and even when he had guys like Reggie Bush and Alvin Kamara, he always split carries. We saw Bucky Irving have over 1500 yards last year from scrimmage and he only played on 45% of their snaps. RJ Harvey and Audric Estime will absolutely still develop and Sean Payton is a Genius! He is truly playing checkers while everyone else is playing minecraft. I cannot wait to see this Bo Nix led offense with tight end Evan Engram, with Pat Bryant, with RJ Harvey, and with JK Dobbins. The Denver Broncos kind of have a problem. There is WAY too much talent on this roster and we can only have 53 men on our active roster. In this video we go through the Denver Broncos offense and defense and select the most likely cut candidates and how many of each position group I think make it through. Sean Payton is a master at roster construction and I trust how he'll work this thing out. Bo Nix will easily get this team to 10 wins and I think we are looking at 12 or 13 depending on injury luck.

Hufanga, Greenlaw, and Evan Engram, all players who are RAVED about came out and said they came to Denver because of Bo Nix. You add in the fact that some many former Broncos alumni are talking about the optimism they have in this version of the Denver Broncos and you have got to be wildly hyped for next year. Sean Payton couldn't quit grinning at Broncos OTA's and we all know why. He's going to have the top defense in the league and he has found his future Drew Brees. The energy in Broncos Country needs to get cranked to an 11. Not since Payton Manning choosing the Denver Broncos has there been so much hope. We hear so many folks rave about Bo Nix that it's starting to become background noise. We heard today that Talanoa Huffanga chose the Denver Broncos because of Bo Nix, we heard RJ Harvey say the Broncos were the team he was hoping to be drafted by because of Bo Nix, we heard Vonn Miller say that Bo Nix is the "real deal" and we heard Sean Payton say that Bo Nix was lightyears ahead of where he was this time last year. Bo Nix said he has accomplished nothing yet, and still hasn't hit his floor. We also hear Sean Payton say he expects BIG things out of Troy Franklin in year two and we see some other great things at first open availability of Broncos OTA's. We have a TON to Bo-LIEVE in!

Sean Payton has got to be giggling with excitement as he thinks about what his defense is going to do to the entire AFC West this year. While everyone is giving all the praise to Dre Greenlaw and Talanoa Huffanga and Jahdae Barron, no one is talking about the return of our defensive captain, the return of our lead tackler for several seasons in Alex Singleton. Alex is a massive upgrade to anything we had at inside linebacker last year, and we were already a top 3 defense in the league. What will we look like with two BEASTS at inside linebacker, and a shutdown slot corner, and a platoon of edge rushers. Bo Nix is going to win a LOT of games if he puts up even similar numbers to his rookie year just because our defense is so much better. But I don't think Bo Nix will put up similar numbers, I expect his numbers to blossom this year as he finally has a tight end and a running game. The Denver Broncos are in a Super Bowl Window and it's something we should all BO-LIEVE in!

Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos are going to win the AFC West. We broke down last week how bad the Kansas City Chiefs offseason was, but the Los Angeles Chargers may have had an even worse one! Dating back to last season, Justin Herbert got blown out in a playoff game, and despite having tons of cap space, (2nd most in the entire NFL) they came out of the offseason with very little to show for it. The Los Angeles Chargers lost 4 key starters including Joey Bosa, Puna Ford, Asante Samuel Jr, Kristian Fulton, and Josh Palmer. On top of that, they swung and missed hard on adding Evan Engram. The Los Angeles Chargers may actually finish last in the AFC west and I'm not saying that just to dunk on Jim Harbaugh. Sean Payton is a better coach, Bo Nix will take a step forward, and the Denver Broncos will Win the AFC West. We have a TON to Bo-LIEVE in!

The Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl window is definitively closed. That's why Adam Shefter came out and said he doesn't think they'll win the division, why Fox Sports has them finishing 3rd in the division, why Colin Cowherd said they won't even make the playoffs. The Chiefs are in real trouble which is GREAT news for Sean Payton and YOUR Denver Broncos. Bo Nix already outdueled Patrick Mahomes in their only head to head matchup. And then the Chiefs lost a ton of talent this year. They lost 3 Super Bowl starters including their starting Safety, their All Pro Guard, and their highest ranked defensive player in the Super Bowl. Bo Nix already showed he's got ice water running through his veins. The Broncos took steps forward this offseason, the Kansas City Chiefs jumped backwards. That's something we can all Bo-LIEVE in!
