Former Calgary Stampeder and Current NFL free agent Alex Singleton joined the show to chat with Jock about his life down in the NFL, the biggest difference between the two leagues and how he makes his teammates watch the CFL.

Jock and NHL Insider Craig Button reflect on what happened with Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin, and how it reminded him of something that happened when he was the GM of the Calgary Flames. A young fan in Columbus was killed after the puck went into the stands off of Derek Morris stick and the NHL made changes to make rinks safer.
