              • SE58 | Create Content Now: Someone Cares

“Why should I create content now? No one cares what I have to say.” In this SportsEpreneur Podcast episode, Eric Kasimov tackles this concern that he often hears from athletes and business leaders.

This is an audio style blog around our written article, “Content Creation: What If Nobody Cares?” You can read the full article in the link below. And keep in mind, you are not creating content for every person, you are creating content for the right person.

Writing is hard, podcasting is hard, thinking about who may not like what you have to say can be overwhelming. Except when you don’t think about who won’t like it and instead focus on who the content is for. Even if it is just one person. That someone cares and that’s who the content is for. When you focus your mind on that positive, the writing and/or the speaking into the microphone is doable. And that content is the door opener to opportunity.

                ——

And yes, you should consider creating content for your personal brand and business.

Whatever story you want to tell, we want to help you tell it. From ideas and strategies to meshing it with your brand, SportsEpreneur is your storytelling team.

                          • SE57 | Tell Your Story the Way You Want It to Be Heard | Jonathan Lubic

Finding opportunities during trying times. In this episode, we feature the Co-Founder & President of Distinction Agency, Jonathan Lubic. Having the mindset to even think about opportunity starts with telling your story the way you want it to be heard.

That line about telling your story is so true. It’s why we were excited to feature Jonathan on the SportsEpreneur podcast. Eric and Jonathan specifically discuss Covid-19’s impact on sports leagues, pivoting in business, and influencer marketing.

Distinction Agency is an organization that connects brands and influencers in the sports world. The power of creating opportunities and having that “go get it” mentality is what influencer marketing is all about. That’s where Distinction comes in.

We are grateful that the Distinction team found our podcast as it was uplifting to chat with the opportunistic, Jonathan Lubic on the SportsEpreneur Podcast.

SportsEpreneur is the catalyst in which our content starts conversations that drives business for us within our marketing company.

By creating content around what you love, you get to both have fun and use this content strategically to help your brand.

If you think about your interests and how you can create content on those topics you may just find it aligns with the company you lead, the division you head up, or the self-betterment path you are on.

What you talk about doesn’t have to exactly tie into the product or service you provide. It might and it might not. This is where strategy and attention come in. What’s the strategy and what attention do you seek.

Often the attention is about connecting with people you want to learn from or people you want to teach. Either way, content is the answer. Creativity is the first step. Create content around your passion and interests. It works.
