Before the next episode of British Wrestling Spotlight, JP has an interview with the producer of Riptide Wrestling (@RIPTIDEwres)

Josh Bevan. Josh took time out of his busy schedule to discuss a range of topics in the aftermath of the Riptide Rumble (which is available on VOD at riptidewrestling.pivotshare.com). We discuss the day to day running of a Riptide show, cinematic wrestling, companies' ethos and links to the lovely city of Brighton, their use of intergender matches and other things.

This was recorded in June but due to a series of unavoidable issues, the interview was delayed. Still, in comes in time for this Friday's International Waters show at the Brighthelm Centre. Visit riptidewestling.com for more information.

So have a listen and get down to Brighton for a show if you can and have a watch of the cracking VOD

Enjoy.

A Benno-less show this week on British Wrestling Spotlight but we managed to replace him with two of Britain's top wrestlers in "The Modfather" Flash Morgan Webster and Liverpool's Number 1 (Soon to be recognised as the best pro wrestler in the world) Zack Gibson!

Both guys were both kind enough to speak to Joe and JP in the buildup to the massive Progress Super Strong Style 16 tournament this weekend.

Flash chats to us about a range of topics including his chances this weekend, the Road Back to Malice documentary (check it out on Vimeo)and his Wrestling Friends podcast. You can follow him @Flash_Morgan, buy his merch at morganwebster.bigcartel.com and listen to his #WrestlingFriend podcast on all good podcast networks

Zack Gibson came down from those heady heights of Liverpool reaching the Champions League final to chat to us about his early career, how he's developed to become to most boo-loved man in British wrestling today, his Fighting Spirit training school, and his thoughts on the British wrestling scene today. You can follow him @ZackGibson01, buy his merch at zackgibsonapparel.bigcartel.com. You can also go to @FSWrestlingUK to find out about the Fighting Spirit Wrestling school he runs with his fellow Progress Tag Team Champ James Drake.

The Joe and JP preview this year's Super Strong Style 16 weekend from Progress Wrestling. It's a wide open field this year with arguably the strongest line-up in the company's history but we try to wade through and predict a winner. That's probably wrong. We also look at the other matches including the huge Night Two Champion vs Champion matchup between Travis Banks and WALTER.

Enjoy.
