  • Chris Homrich - BACA
This episode of the podcast is with Chris Homrich! Chris is a very active member with an amazing nonprofit organization called BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse). BACA's mission is to empower victims of child abuse by giving them a "family" of bikers to have their back in dealing with bringing the people that have hurt them to justice. It is an extremely powerful thing for a child to have 20+ bikers show up with them in a courtroom. They have an 80% success rate when BACA is involved with a case. It really is amazing and such a great example of "what is going right"!
It was really great to hear first hand the impact this great organization is having on a local and global scale. Chris is involved at the State level and the Middle TN Chapter of BACA. There is a rigorous application process and they definitely take great pride in the culture they have created with this organization!
Big thanks to Chris for taking the time to be on the podcast and all that BACA is doing to make a positive impact in our community and beyond!

  • Come To Life Chiropractic - Dr. Jon Sheridan And Dr. Korey Sheridan
This episode of the podcast is with two amazing individuals that really embody everything we are about with Spread The Positive. Dr. Jon and Dr. Korey Sheridan with "Come to Life Chiropractic" are passionate about helping people feel their best in hopes to allow them to live their best life. The phrase "come to life" is a perfect representation of what these two stand for. Both Dr. Jon and Dr. Korey have a servant's heart mentality and it is very apparent how much they care about providing a much-needed service that can help people live a healthier and more fulfilling life! They are members of the STP Network and such a great representation of what we are looking to build this concept around. Come To Life Chiropractic's overall approach is geared toward the whole family and getting children involved early with a regular chiropractic routine. They use a very low impact and revolutionary chiropractic style, where you sit upright in a chair with an instrument that aligns your spine, that has yielded incredible results! They really are changing the narrative with some of the stereotypes that are not always positive when it comes to traditional chiropractic plans. The results speak for themselves and we are excited to see how many people they are able to help! On the podcast, we cover their amazing story, tips on how to maintain a positive mindset, some really great examples of what is going right and more! Be sure to check them out at www.cometolifechiropractic.com and if you are in the Murfreesboro area we highly recommend giving them a shot at any of your chiropractic needs. Big thanks to Dr. Jon and Dr. Korey for being on the podcast and all they are doing to Spread The Positive.

  • Brady Silverwood - Legend - @bradyrunsamerica
Super excited to share this follow up episode with Brady Silverwood. Since we left Brady on the outskirts of the Greater Nashville area Brady managed to complete his mission of running across the United States of America. This is something that has been completed by fewer people than have successfully climbed Mt. Everest. It was really amazing to be able to follow along and see first hand just how he was able to complete this amazing endeavor. The "why" behind him deciding to take this on is even more in line with everything we are about with Spread The Positive. Brady was able to raise awareness and sizeable monetary contributions to 12 incredibly notable causes/non-profits. His story from not being a runner to being involved with the Grand AC run club that has transformed his life forever and eventually running over 3,000 miles is one of the most inspiring stories we have come across. It was really great to hear Brady speak first hand about the bigger picture mission behind why he took on this endeavor and ways he was able to overcome incredibly difficult obstacles and adversity to accomplish this incredible feat! Be sure to check the video version of this podcast on our YouTube channel and the full story on www.spreadthepositive.net. Big thanks to Brady for being on, all he has done with this amazing mission and for all, he is doing to Spread The Positive!
