Our guest in this episode is Sunshine in human form. Her name is Lucinda Kay and she's a new anchor for iHeartRadio here in San Diego. She is a humanitarian, and a communications coach and she does a daily segment called "Lucinda's Goodness" on KOGO am 600 where she shares the positive things happening in our community and around the world. Considering her family dynamic growing up she easily could've gone down the opposite path. She is very inspiring.

Erik shares something extremely personal that he is dealing with right now. He shares this because he wants you to know that you're not alone if you are currently in this situation.

Laura shares a magical moment in her life that leads her to believe that our loved ones who have passed are still with us BIGTIME.
