This week we're bringing you another live recording from our Spreading The Good Stuff Conversation Series which is held before a live audience in the Murray River border towns of Echuca Moama.
In this episode we do something we humans don't often do. We talked about grief. And we mean *really* talked about it. What it looks like, how it feels, where it hides and why it takes hold. It was raw, honest and emotional. But it was a shared experience of vulnerability - and it was profound.
Heartfelt thanks to our two very special panelists in this episode - the brave and determined Shari Gotch (mother of baby Ruby now in heaven), and mental health social worker Tracey Farrell of Hidden Treasure Therapy.
