Dogwood Ranch is a local nonprofit that focuses on helping foster youth, Veterans, and those who have suffered from trauma. They have been serving Missouri's foster children since 2008.

Dana was honored last week by Glenn Beck with the Badge of Merit for her excellent work in the community.

Nick reads an opinion piece posted in The Federalist. The piece is titled "I’m A Democrat Who Thinks Biden’s Anti-Democratic Rhetoric Has Gone Too Far."

Pennsylvania candidate, John Fetterman, is appearing more in public lately, though there’s nothing about his health that seems to be improving after his stroke.

Joe Biden is not making any sense... Again.

Hour 1b - 

Larry Flenoid II joins Nick Reed this morning:

House Minority Leader Crystal Quade filed a lawsuit against Larry Flenoid II, who is running as an independent against Quade.

Quade alleges Flenoid did not properly gather the signatures to qualify for the Springfield seat.

Mr. Flenoid submitted a petition to Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft's office on July 29th, with 288 signatures supporting his candidacy. 

Mr. Ashcroft determined 221 of those signatures were valid and certified him to run in the 132nd House district in late August. 

Rumors from Quade supporters are also swirling that Republicans are behind this effort in hopes of driving votes away from Democratic candidates.

Mr. Flenoid shares some of the great things he's done in the community, including 417 Day, cleaning and supporting Adopt-a-Highway, dressing up for kids in the community during the holiday season, and much more.

These are the findings of a study I recently published after surveying over 700 people seeking abortions in three states across the U.S.: Illinois, California and New Mexico.

The Republican National Committee announced Friday that it is leading a lawsuit against Pennsylvania over ballot curing in the 2022 elections.

Democrats are now arguing that they always supported students returning to in-person learning and that President Biden's massive $1.9 trillion reconciliation package in March 2021 helped facilitate schools reopening nationwide, even though Republican-led states like Florida succeeded in returning students to classrooms well before the Biden stimulus package.

President Joe Biden, the great unifier, spoke last night.

Biden declared Donald Trump is a 'threat to the country' in a speech that contained his harshest rhetoric to date about his predecessor in the Oval Office and the MAGA movement.

On the stage with Biden was two military members. Many noted how the military is supposed to be apolitical.

What exactly is a 'threat to the country,' and an 'extremist?' White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said, "When you are not with what majority of Americans are, then you know, that is extreme. That is an extreme way of thinking."

According to the most recent Quinnipiac poll, Biden’s approval rating is hovering at 40%, up from his dismal 33% approval rating in July. So looking at the definition given by Jean-Pierre, does that make Biden supporters extremists?

Pennsylvania Democratic Senate nominee John Fetterman is refusing to debate Dr. Mehmet Oz, the Republican nominee, ahead of the general election for the seat in November, despite a comment he made in February insisting that debates were "an important part" of the Democratic primary for Senate.
