The Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Department of Homeland Security head Alejandro Mayorkas on Tuesday regarding the southern border.

During the questioning, Mayorkas was asked to define "assault weapon," which he could not... Because there is NOT a clear definition.

Sen. Ted Cruz also lashed out at Mayorkas. "Mr. Secretary, I want to say to you right now, your behavior is disgraceful. And the deaths, the children assaulted, the children raped, they are at your feet. And if you had integrity, you would resign," Cruz told Mayorkas of his handling of the border crisis. "The men and women of the Border Patrol, they've never had a political leader undermine them. They despise you, Mr. Secretary, because you're willing to let children be raped to follow political orders. This is a crisis. It's a disgrace. And you won't even admit this human tragedy as it is crisis."

President Biden joked Monday that he only showed up to a White House event because he heard there would be ice cream — before addressing the horrific mass shooting that left six dead at a Nashville elementary school hours earlier.

A shooting at a Tennessee private Christian grade school left three students and three adults dead. The shooter was identified as 28-year-old Audrey Hale, a biological woman who identified as a man.

Legacy media outlets are disturbed that authorities in Nashville” misidentified” the identity of the school shooter.

The slaying of children in a Christian school on Monday by a person who police described as transgender came the same week that transgender activists had slated a “Day of Vengeance.”

 Tennessee Republican Rep. Tim Burchett called for the manifesto by the transgender shooter at the private Presbyterian school in Nashville to be made public.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey added additional evidence to his lawsuit on Tuesday to remove St. Louis circuit attorney Kim Gardner because she “knowingly and willfully failed to do her duties as a prosecutor in many ways.”

Several Republican Florida lawmakers voted against a Democrat-introduced amendment Thursday that would remove the “gun free” status from the Florida Capitol.

Republican Gov. Brad Little signed a bill allowing execution by firing squad.

House Democrats took to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives Thursday to denounce a GOP bill on parental rights, saying the bill was fascist and would lead to book bans.

National Public Radio (NPR) issued a correction to its Friday tweet claiming there is “limited scientific evidence” men have athletic advantages over women.

Riley Gaines, a 12-time All-American swimmer who competed at Kentucky, blasted ESPN for honoring Lia Thomas in its "Celebrating Women’s History Month" segment.

Holly Holm called for the end of the sexualization of children on Saturday after defeating Yana Santos via unanimous decision.

"Something’s been on my heart and I feel like I have the platform to say it, I need to say it," Holm said. "I just feel it’s really sad all the sexualization of our children right now and we need to protect them whatever that may be. Let’s protect the children, please!"

Cracker Barrel this week became the latest company to announce it is leaving the Portland, Oregon, area shortly after Walmart announced its departure following comments from the CEO that crime and theft were taking their toll.

Sarah tells the story of a victim who was getting gas in St. Louis and two suspects tried to steal his vehicle. The victim told them no and they ended up shooting him... And then they didn't even steal his car!

Dustin shares a story about two guys who were stealing a catalytic converter. One thief was under the car and the other had a gun pointed at the house ready to shoot anyone if they came outside.

CarFax reports that over 153,000 catalytic converters were stolen in 2022, based on repair records.
