Former President Trump said he is "glad" Nikki Haley is running for the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.

Trump's 2024 campaign wasted no time going after Nikki Haley following her campaign kick-off speech Wednesday. The Trump campaign issued a rebuke of her track record, chastising her for flip-flopping in the past and tying her to Hillary Clinton and former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI).

Trump this week indicated a shift in electoral tactics ahead of the 2024 election, promising to embrace "ballot harvesting" as a major campaign method for his next presidential run.

A reporter based out of Florida was caught on a hot mic before a Tuesday press conference with Governor Ron DeSantis (R) explaining her job was to make him "uncomfortable."
