Queen of the stage and all round glamorous entertainer, Teddy moved from Thailand at the age of 15 and has made Darwin home. Teddy is a professional drag queen, make-up artist and a proud member and ally of the Darwin LGBTI community.

At age 37, Meg Mango lost the use of all four limbs. As she lay in a bed for two months at a rehab facility in NSW, it was thoughts of Darwin that pulled her through... Later, doctors suggested she return to the Top End where she'd find the best remedy for her condition: a dose of sunshine.

Years later, when her brother was bringing home an engineering degree, Ange was busy conjuring the perfect food van, a dream that would take her all over the world and back in time to her grandmother’s kitchen in Taipei.
