As this week is Thanksgiving, I want to do something a little bit different…

But let me preface that with the challenge to pray and intercede this week for those who are in similar circumstances. But ESPECIALLY that they would be enabled, by the grace of God and the power of the Spirit, to give thanks in all circumstances, as Spurgeon has already admonished us. If we do what Hebrews 13:3 says, and put ourselves in their shoes, in their cells, “as bound with them”, we will quickly realize that this is more easily said than done. Hence, the need for us to pray! So listen to Wurmbrand’s words, and let’s join together in prayer this week for our suffering brothers and sisters around the world!
