We talk about how he first got into it, his opinion on the current scene in WWE, AEW, and NJPW, and his experience being a part of WWE WrestleMania in 2012. We also talk about Durbin's new metal album, The Beast Awakens - which features a track with Chris Jericho, his stint on American Idol, working with Judas Priest and more.

Could this be the biggest guest in Squared Circle Pit history? Paul "Triple H" Levesque joins me on this edition to talk about how he got into heavy metal, the bands that first inspired him, the connection between heavy metal fans and pro wrestling fans, how he licensed Black Sabbath for NXT TakeOver: War Games, his friendship with Ozzy Osbourne over the years, his friendship with Tool guitarist Adam Jones (some great stories here), and comparing NXT to heavy metal. We conclude the fun conversation with Triple H giving us some idea of the type of music Vince McMahon is fond of.

NXT TakeOver: War Games will stream live on Sunday, December 6 at 7 PM ET on WWE Network.

I am incredibly excited to talk to one of the biggest guests yet on the show, Adam "Edge" Copeland. We talk about how Edge got into rock and heavy metal, and how he got into pro wrestling. Edge talks about his early favorites like KISS and Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Metallica, and his favorite bands now like Behemoth. We talk about Edge's friendships with Zakk Wylde and Rob Zombie, and appearing live onstage at a Rob Zombie gig. Edge talks about how he used hard rock influences to build up his character. We talk about Edge's theme by Alter Bridge, and what makes a great entrance theme. He talks about the common struggles that musicians and wrestlers share. Edge also talks about wrestlers he's helping guide nowadays, his match with Randy Orton, his famous angle with Seth Rollins breaking Edge's neck, his battles with Mick Foley and which he hated more: fire or barbed wire. We also discuss his incredible feud with John Cena and get an update on his injury. We end the show asking Edge which rock stars he'd be in a tag team with.

Seth tells us what's on his gym playlist and recommends some recent releases he's been listening to. We also discuss Seth's big match this Sunday against Dominick Mysterio at WWE SummerSlam and how he's looking forward to it.

On this edition, I talk to author Guy Evans, author of NITRO: The Incredible Rise and Inevitable Collapse of Ted Turner's WCW. We talk about WCW, how he came to do the book and how he got interviews with so many key figures involved behind the scenes. Evans talks about his wrestling fandom, his interview techniques, how he decided who was being honest and who was lying, and how things ended in WCW. It was a really fun interview. After the interview, I talk about WWE WrestleMania 36, which is this weekend and my predictions for the winners and losers of the match.
