In Ukraine, President Volodomyr Zelenskyy accuses Russian forces on firing at civilian evacuation corridors in the besieged port city of Mariupol. Russian President Vladimir Putin says that a NATO-enforced no-fly zone above Ukraine would be tantamount to a declaration of war.
