Today’s Top Tune: Squeeze ‘Why Don’t You’ 

Legendary UK band Squeeze revisit their origins with Trixies, one of this year’s most anticipated albums and their first in eight years. Written over fifty years ago by teenage songwriters Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook, the collection finally brings to life a fictional nightclub world they first imagined in 1974. Now fully realized, Trixies showcases the band’s signature blend of melody, storytelling, and wit as you’ll hear on “Why Don’t You.” 

You can experience the song live when they hit the stage alongside special guests Adam Ant and The English Beat at the iconic Hollywood Bowl on Sept. 19.
