S.E. Greene (a.k.a. SrVerde) in short, is a carpenter who figured out how to borrow money, run a business, and deliver on the goods and services he said he could! After many years of scratching around in the real estate industry, “hacking” and figuring out what suited him, and or what best fit the market, he now currently runs a successful multi-million dollar real estate development company, and serves as CEO at eighty8 realty, a comprehensive model real estate firm based in Texas. In addition to his real estate background and successes, SrVerde enjoys playing guitar, wearing (and often giving away) exotic cowboy boots, exploring the culture of wine and winemaking, mentoring other small business up-starts and business owners, chasing his dreams and dragging as many people to the top of their game as he possibly can! As he shifts his focus and dives into the realm of public speaking, he would be delighted to share with you or your organization first hand of how he got from point A to point B, and navigated the last 20 years of business ownership and operations. Please send your inquiries to: [email protected] We appreciate your time and attention and thank you for your continued support!

And lastly, if you’ve read this far, then I owe you a great deal of gratitude. I believe the smallest details in life are sometimes where the greatest truths are found. Having said that, I give you the opportunity to connect with us, state that you read this final thought, and ask a question that would bring you the most value. My team will do their best to reconnect with you and set up a one-on-one phone call that might end up on this very podcast! Go. Do. Be you! -Sr. Verde

Music, guitars, and the early history of my musical background. This wasn’t intended to be the topic of this episode, but it was sparked by a recent post about my new project, Signature Guitars by SrVerde! I have so many fond memories around these topics and can’t wait to share them with you. From growing up and watching my mother perform her country tunes with a full band, to being involved in a few small town bands myself, music has been a huge part of my story. It moves me, and has as far back as I can remember. And now that I’m able to play in this space as a business, I can’t wait to see where it takes me over the years to come. Aside from this, I do drop some “CEO Life Challenges” and how I cope and or adapt to run my organization and lead my team. As it grows and tings go wrong, I have specific ways of dealing with a variety of issues and go into detail about how I react when things go wrong. I hope you can sit back back and enjoy this one as much as I did. Cheers!
Real Estate: How did I get started? What do I do everyday? What is my opinion on “flipping”? How would I advise you to get involved in real estate? All of these questions and more will be answered inside this latest episode.
My co-host gets down to business right away with his curiosity about how I got started and what it is that I actually do on a day to day basis.
I walk him through the early days of how I overcame those early challenges and how I navigated the last 20 years.
I hope this episode not only brings you value but sparks conversation that you might reach out to us for deeper insight.

Wow! I’m super excited about this latest podcast. Not only is it short and sweet, but it’s full of good stuff too! Of course we begin by goofing off and making a few jokes, but quickly segue into a rant about how NOT to enjoy a movie.
Once we get on topic, we discuss a recent Tweet of mine, where I stated “Give yourself the permission to explore your passion” and find out that our host has done a good job of this lately, especially since his recent career altering news. We briefly dive into how “not to blow” your audition, and how to react when someone else forces you to chase your dreams. Yep, that’s a real thing…you’ll see.
You know by now that when we get do get on something that strikes a nerve, it’s gonna be good. There is one specific piece of this exchange that reeky gets me excited: Sometimes your external circumstances will causes you to launch. Which simply means, that if you don’t get busy doing what you need to do, in order to pursue your dreams, often times outside influences will make it happen for you…and that’s not always a good thing.
To wrap it up, I want you to know that this process isn’t for everyone, but if you’re restless and or unhappy, you just don’t have a choice! If this is the case for you, then be sure you have multiple options when you do finally start the process.
