This is a guided breathwork journey designed to help you release stored emotion, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body.
The practice begins with 15 minutes of conscious, connected breathing, followed by a 15-minute integration meditation. As the breath deepens, the nervous system begins to regulate, the mind softens, and the body is given space to let go of tension, emotion, and old holding patterns.
You don’t need to force anything. Your only job is to breathe and allow.
If your mind tries to pull you out in the first few minutes, that’s normal. Stay with it. Once coherence sets in, the breath becomes effortless and the experience opens into a deep, meditative state where real release can happen.
This session is best experienced lying down with headphones and an eye mask if you have one.
