Dave delves into the history of Kölsch, German style light drinking beer.  The style of beer has been around since 1906 made by the folks over at Sünner Brewery, Kölgne. During this episode the guys gives their thoughts about the book, Kölsch by Eric Warner, Brew Master at Karbach Brewing Company. The book gives brewing techniques, food pairing recipes, and history of the Kölsch style beer.
