The King has given us an immense wealth of resources. On his return he will evaluate how we have used the risk of faith in the King to be productive. This productivity includes evangelism, everyday living, and an ethical use of money.

What sort of people are we called to be in Jesus’ kingdom? The Beatitudes provide a ‘person description’ which is evidenced in the ministry of Jesus. We are called to be like him, and hence to be salt and light in our world. To be like him we need to draw close to him daily in prayer and in reading his Word.
