You are restless by design. When you fight complacency and refuse to settle for the things of the world, the Lord will bring you to himself - by way of a star, by way of other people, and by way of Scripture. And when you find the one who made your heart restless for Himself, the result is always an overwhelming joy. All of this is true. So why do so many Christians lack that joy? Why do so many settle for an unsatisfying world? Herod and the religious leaders reveal the two biggest obstacles: fear and indifference. This Epiphany, at the start of the new year, resolve not to settle for complacency and beg the Lord to remove fear and indifference!
