We all long for contentment in life. But there's a problem: Without even thinking about it, most of us pin our desire for contentment on the circumstances of our life. So we end up riding a sad and frustrating rollercoaster of daily events that rarely bring us what our hearts desire. Into this craziness, St. Paul shares a secret with us today in the second reading: "I have learned to look for and find my happiness in Christ, not in my circumstances."
