Making a resolution takes effort, but quitting one usually just kind of happens.  Following God is often a decision we make in passion, but moving away from faith is often just a bunch of times that we don’t follow through.  Paul asks us to consider ourselves “living sacrifices” and to choose not just to follow, but to live a life of following Jesus each day.
