Important to consider our songs/hymns which our abundantly meaningful to us. They teach us about God. Today hymns reviewed "When Peace like a River" - It is well with my soul. "Great is Thy Faithfulness". Faithfulness that God is with us even if life not going as we would like it.

Jesus is a non-anxious presence that is always there in an anxious situation.

The Kingdom of God is a mystery, manifests itself in our daily lives, is beyond our control and is always growing.

We blame others when we refuse to accept responsibility for our wrongs. God's initial plan was for us to live in harmony and love.

What is work on the Sabbath? The Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath.

The Greek word in question that is translated can mean again and above and have the same meaning. All you have to do is believe in Jesus, and you will be saved.

God is always with us, during our highs and lows. What does it mean when we call the holy spirit the advocate? Jesus sends the spirit before us as an advocate for us. He does this so the spirit can guide us, and to connect us to God.

Ways we use testimony: 1. Products and Services, 2. Witness of something in court, 3. Our experience of faith. All of these have similarities: 1. the commonality of our experience, 2. A unique interpretation of that experience, 3. An urgency to tell it. There are ways that God connects with us, through scriptures, experiences in church, through connections with others who may not be Christian, and testimonies of others.

Jesus took his time telling the disciples about his death. If we are comfortable, we are not going to want to change or move. Two things that make us move: unexpected change, and when we know someone honestly loves us through that change.
