When Jesus said to tear down this Temple, He ment that He will be the new Temple.

The first filter of protection is always self. Be free of the bondage of self. As we mature, we should be able to break that bondage of self.

Jesus is the Light of the World because He comes from our Father in Heaven. We, therefore enjoy the benefits of that light with it's guidance and comfort as His followers.
