Fr. Andrew Petiprin preaches on the 19th Sunday after Pentecost (September 25, 2016) at St. Mary of the Angels Episcopal Church.
What are we living for? Our lives are meant to point to what lies beyond this life. Both our successes and our failures seem minimally important in the grand scheme of God and his grace. In this sermon, we are challenged to think beyond wealth and possessions, and also to cherish and cultivate the virtue of contentment.
