During August's upbeat Kick-it Soak worship gathering, Ivan Seskis challenges us to drop the pressure of having to perform or look like we have life figured out, inviting us to embrace total trust in God.

Diving into Matthew 18:1–4, this message shows how Jesus flips the script on status and position by placing humble, childlike faith right at the centre. In a world full of cynicism, you are invited to stop trying to earn your worth and simply leap into your Heavenly Father's arms, confident that his grace is free and he will always catch you.

Drawing on Revelation 2:18-29 and 1 John 4:1-12, Mel McMahon unpacks Jesus' message to the church in Thyatira and what it truly means to hold fast to love that tells the truth. Although commended for their active service, the believers were challenged for tolerating compromise, proving that genuine love must always be flavoured with God's truth. In daily life, this calls us to build honest, trusting relationships where we care deeply for people without withholding the truth that points them to Jesus and his grace.

Drawing from Revelation 2:12-17 and 1 John 3:1-18, Mel McMahon explores the hidden danger of subtle compromise and false tolerance within the church of Pergamum. Though the believers stood firm against external pressure, Jesus urged them to reject ungodly influences and remain anchored in their true identity as children of God. In daily life, this calls us to choose authentic love over passive accommodation by holding fast to truth, setting healthy boundaries, and trusting in the spirit's transforming power.🗣️ Speaker: Revd Mel McMahon📖 Scripture Reference: Revelation 2:12-17 and 1 John 3:1-18📅 Date Preached: August 9, 2026✨ Want to experience the full service?Watch the complete worship, prayer, and community announcements from this day here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLi4eV8r2cFUkK6zxvyeai9BDiNp52BLX&si=2ealWdeWTex6uo4D ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
