Ian starts us back for the year with getting back to the basics of knowing and following God in 2025. 

How might we do December differently and be able to see time in a fresh way; so that we can be attentive to the wonder and joy of the Christmas story.

We continue our Advent journey, looking at Zechariah's Song from Luke 1:67-80. 

We begin our journey to Christmas. We will be looking at some of the early songs of praise around the birth of Jesus, starting with Mary’s song. These words are full of passion and praise, and speak truth to power about a new kingdom and a new King. We hope her song will help us prepare our hearts and lives to receive Jesus afresh.

As we head into Advent, Ian Yong speaks about Christ the King.

Rachel Bruns helps us to lean into Psalm 42 - navigating disappointment with God. We'll explore some of the unhelpful ways we go about this, and offer some alternatives. 

This week, we look at Psalm 73, which takes us on a journey of They, Me, and You. It's a common journey of looking around at others' lives, and how we can look up to God and handle feelings like envy, anger, and disappointment.
