To the point where- according to Nielsen- nearly 100% of Hispanics listen to some form of audio on a weekly basis and Hispanic adults have the highest share of time spent on audio/video, at 69%. WOW! On this episode we venture to the offices of Nielsen in Hollywood to chat with Stacie deArmas to discuss the results from an amazing study Nielsen conducted: “La Oportunidad LatinX: Cultural Currency and the Consumer Journey. “ Understanding how and why we consume music, as well as how our community fits into the marketplace, is key for musicians, music fans, agencies and marketers to better serve us. And in the constantly changing environment of entertainment, the findings from this report are staggering in a very positive way.
