As I was writing this episode I was feeling pulled to finish the laundry, exercise, complete my journaling for the day, put away the bottles, scroll on my phone, sit in silence and trying to keep my mind focused right here on this episode to give you the best pieces of advice. We all have different parts of life that pull us in a lot of directions, however it is important to notice who you are and why you matter in those moments of being pulled in some many ways.

Let’s dive into today’s episode and talk briefly about the being pulled into countless directions and how you can find your center.

This pulled direction can be because of how we are feeling about our brain because our brain is a complex part of our body with intelligences. Our brains are divided into three basic units. We need our brain to work together, and each part has specific responsibilities. This a basic overview of your brain and know it is a powerful tool in understanding why you might feel pulled in countless directions if one piece is interrupted. Being pulled in multiple directions might come from the fact that you have conflicting experiences happening in your mind.
