Kim Aycock dedicates her life to the ins and outs of camp staffing- Recruitment, Hiring, Retention- All-round Best Practices. 

She trains camp staff, she posts great content on social media, she blogs, pods, and leads the ACA “Camp is a Real Job” initiative- which has a ton of online resources. 

We plan on having a WHOLE LOT of episodes on Staff this season on the day camp pod, and this is a great first effort-
