Michael Fish is nowhere to be seen but it's bucketing down at StageDoorCast Central and Cliff is preparing to be Father of the Bride in real life!  Richard revisits Falsettos with his original cast and passes on their comments. He also gives us his impression of "Big the Musical" at the Big Dominion and we talk about lots of new shows including Soho Cinders, the return once again of Joseph to the Palladium in 2020, White Christmas and Cliff's obsession with the film, Identical the Musical, a performace of Cinderella coming up at Cadogan Hall, The Devil Wears Prada coming next year and Jenna Russell as Edith Piaf in Nottingham. We also have a cultural discussion and touch on the return of the Battersea Barge next month. And Cliff recommends "Judy" in the Cinema as a must see and we explain why!

It's a huge News and Reviews show today and again rambling is kept to a minimum. Richard reviews Preludes and Falsettos, and Cliff talks about the live screening of Fleabag this week. After some sad news about early show closures in the last few episodes at last there is some good news on that score. It's hot in the studio as we look at lots of news from the last two weeks including the development of a new show about legendary Magician Harry Houdini, ticket sales at the Fringe and we embroil ourselves in a debate about "correct casting"
