Stampede Digital Systems and the Know Like Trust podcast presents:
Katrina Long: Summit Spa & Float
Katrina Long has been a Utah Licensed Massage Therapist for 20 years and is the co-owner of Summit Spa & Float located in Spanish Fork & Park City Utah.
Katrina did her Massage Therapy apprenticeship training in Aiea, Hawaii and her Anatomy through BYU.
Katrina is the wife of a first responder and a mother of 4, she loves water sports, canyoneering, beekeeping, and being involved in her community and just finished a 4 year term on City Council. By day you may see her as a put together professional, but in the early morning and weekends you can find her with her muck boots on, feeding animals with hay in her hair or covered in dirt from gardening.
Float tanks or pods also widely known as Sensory Deprivation Tanks immediately set Summit Spa & Float apart from traditional day spas. Science backed studies continue to produce data that reinforces the positive effects pods produce post float for people suffering with PTSD, depression, agoraphobia, postpartum depression, insomnia and muscle soreness.
Listen to her story and just like us, here at Stampede, you will come to know, like, and trust her.
