Bakersfield College wanted to get rid of a tenured professor, so they goaded him into a Free Speech lawsuit and then settled it with a payout of taxpayer funds. As a condition of the settlement, they handed him walking papers.  

Bob and Pat discuss the perplexing case of a school punishing a seven old year girl for a drawing that includes the phrase "All Lives Matter." Her parents sued the school and won hands down.
