  • Episode 25 - Boom! Collusion investigated between government and Big Tech

    Patrick and Bob share what could be a monumental breakthrough in the attempt to stop Big Tech social media platforms from colluding with administration officials in the executive branch of the federal government. A federal judge has agreed to open discovery, upon motions made by the Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana, into the alleged collusion. This gives the attorneys subpoena power to look deep inside of the relationship between the government and the social media moguls who seem united in their effort to suppress the speech of "dissenting" voices. Stay tuned on this one, as it could become a key moment in trying to restore free speech online to people of all political ideologies, rather than just one.


    Another huge win for free speech was announced when the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case of Lorie Smith, a graphic artist and web designer in Colorado who is trying to prevent the state from punishing her if she refuses to create art or develop a website for an issue or cultural agenda with which she disagrees. The court will hear the argument--which centers on protecting against compelled speech, and not necessarily for religious reasons only--in the fall, with their opinion expected next summer.

  • Episode 24 - Forced, Coerced, Compelled Speech IS NOT Free Speech

    Pat and Bob discuss the state of the First Amendment in the United States, which is under attack unlike any other time since the Bill of Rights was written. The value of CFFS training, coordinating, and organizing is discussed, with the goal of making needed changes at the local level all across America.


    As an example of the assault on free speech, the guys discuss the law professor who insisted that a United States senator declare that men can get pregnant, or be branded as a transphobe who is inflicting violence on trans people. Forced, coerced, or compelled speech is just as dangerous as suppressed, banned, and censored speech, and if a U.S. senator can be treated in such a manner, what chance to any of us have when we decide to use our own speech in public school or employment settings?

  • CFFS Episode 23 - Twitter loses suit brought by journalist

    On the latest episode of Stand and Deliver...a special guest co-host discusses the free speech news of the day! CFFS Deputy Director Kimberly Miller fills the chair for the vacationing Patrick Wood, and teams up with National Communications Director Bob Frantz to defend the First Amendment!


    A big win for online free speech advocates as former NYT reporter Alex Berenson is restored to active status on Twitter! Berenson has been an outspoken critic of the national response to the Covid pandemic, and was even more vocal in his opposition to the Covid "vaccine" mandates. After being suspended by Twitter for spreading what they called "misinformation" about the shots, Berenson filed a suit to defend his free speech rights...standing and delivering for all those who have been silenced by the Big Tech overlords! Twitter ultimately caved and settled the suit--the magnitude of which should not be underestimated!

    Bob and Kimberly also discussed the NEA proposal to replace the word "mother" with "birthing person" in teacher contracts, which poses a significant question about how the nation's largest teachers' union will handle the correct biological language with the kids in their classrooms. Forcing children to use a nonsensible term like "birthing persons" to refer to their mothers...is a classic example of a free speech violation!

  • Episode 22 - Google Endangers Democracy, Censors Political Candidates
    On the latest episode of Stand and Deliver, Patrick and Bob set their sights on Google, which has set their sights on conservative politicians, campaigns and causes. As discussed on a previous episode, Google had been using their G-Mail platform to impact the flow of information from political candidates and groups to potential donors. Specifically, Google was censoring donation emails by sending them to the spam boxes of the recipients. Now, GOP leaders have crunched the numbers and determined that as much as $2 billion in donations were lost because Google refused to complete delivery of those emails.
     
    The guys then talk about the enormous victory for religious liberty delivered by the Supreme Court, ruling that a Washington state high school football coach was wrongly fired for praying quietly on the field following his team's games. The decision has massive implications on the free exercise of religion, which is of course the first clause in the First Amendment!

    Scot Mussi, Director of Free Enterprise Club in Arizona, joins Patrick Wood to discuss how citizens can submit written arguments for or against ballot initiatives in the 2022 election cycle. All submitted arguments must be published by law on ballots mailed to all registered voters in the state.

Wood addressed the mediums of Propaganda and the soon and coming Metaverse delivery of not only propaganda but rewiring how people's brains reason through the fog.

  • Episode 19: The Real Story Behind The DHS’ ”Ministry of Truth”
    On the latest jam-packed episode of Stand and Deliver, Patrick delivered the news of two extraordinary conferences coming up in the next calendar week. On Sunday, June 12, Patrick will join a panel of distinguished presenters at the American Freedom Alliance's 2022 conference: "Propaganda - Is Anything You Know Real?" Propaganda is an existential threat to the First Amendment, and by extension, to the country as we know it. Patrick will be joined by James O'Keefe, Mark Crispin Miller, Trevor Loudon, Alex Newman and many others for this important event. Tickets HERE.

    Then, on Saturday, June 18, Patrick heads east to the "Path to Truth" conference in Tampa, FL. Patrick will team with 2 of his colleagues to form the "Crimes Against Humanity Task Force" and will present with Dr. Michael Yeadon for this important event.
